Organizing and working with clients energizes me!
My experience as an organizer combined with my PhD in psychology from Fordham University provides me with the knowledge and skills necessary to support the unique needs of clients with mental health challenges, with a specialty in helping people with chronic disorganization, hoarding disorder, and seniors who are downsizing. I also enjoy working with individuals, families, and professionals who are busy and are looking for extra help in organizing their home or office.
People are as unique as their spaces. I take the time to get to know my clients and their organization obstacles rather than implementing one-size-fits-all plans. I’m also delighted to teach my clients organization strategies so that they will be happy in their spaces.
When I'm not organizing, I'm working as a therapist focusing on providing cognitive-behavioral treatment to help clients with a variety of comorbid issues. I enjoy applying many of the strategies I use in my therapeutic role to teach my Living Organized, LLC clients skills to keep them organized, as well as helping them learn more about the mental and physical obstacles that may be functioning as barriers to staying organized. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, dancing, visiting local wineries, cooking, and dining out around my hometown of Norwalk, CT.
I am here to work with you and help you! Please complete the contact form, email me, or call so we can work together. I look forward to hearing from you!
